Sap2016 error updating analysis cases

When I ran this report, I saw error messages like this: [Incremental Analysis Database Sync]: Analysis Database Processing Type=Full, need Cube Schema Update=True.
Our Team Foundation Server (TFS) cube has been running just fine. OLE DB error: OLE DB or ODBC error: A network-related or instance-specific error has occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. Check if instance name is correct and if SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections.
But a couple of days ago, right after we updated the passwords on the service account, it stopped updating the cube. Warehouse Exception: Failed to Process Analysis Database 'Tfs_Analysis'. For more information see SQL Server Books Online.; 08001; Client unable to establish connection; 08001; Encryption not supported on the client.; 08001. A connection could not be made to the data source with the Data Source ID of 'Tfs_Analysis Data Source', Name of 'Tfs_Analysis Data Source'. I then set the service account back to the domain account, using the updated password, and everything is continuing to run correctly.
I have also tried updating the cube in SSIS package using the Analysis Services Processing Task.
However, the changes in my underlying data is not shown. Can anybody give me the few possible scenarios that can cause this problem.
When Process Full is executed against an object that has already been processed, Analysis Services drops all data in the object, and then processes the object.
This kind of processing is required when a structural change has been made to an object, for example, when an attribute hierarchy is added, deleted, or renamed.
So when you create or add dimensions you will first have to deploy the cube to the analysis server and then process it. will reflect merely after processing the cube, there is no need to deploy the whole project again.
Processing types differ from one object to another, and by changes that have occurred to the object since it was last processed.
If you enable Analysis Services to automatically select a processing method, it will use the method that returns the object to a fully processed state in the least time.
For dimensions, adds new members and updates dimension attribute captions and descriptions.
For measure groups and partitions, adds newly available fact data and process only to the relevant partitions.The difference between this option and the Process Full option is that this option does not iterate the processing down to the mining models themselves. This setting causes Analysis Services to fork off processing tasks to run in parallel inside a single transaction.
